Math Counts

Mathcounts, is a nationwide middle school mathematics competition held in various places in the United States. Its current lead sponsors are Raytheon Technologies and the U.S. Department of Defense STEM.

Theatre

Dexter has held performances of A Christmas Carol, The Wizard of Oz, and Twelve Angry Jurors led by our uber talented Theatre teachers.

VEX Robotics

The VEX Robotics Competition, presented by the Robotics Education & Competition Foundation, is the largest robotics program globally with more than 20,000 teams from 50 countries.

Cyber Patriot

CyberPatriot is a national youth cyber education program created to help direct students toward careers in cybersecurity or another STEM disciplines. The program was created by the Air Force Association.

Chess

We offer a Chess theory course and host regular chess tournaments for students. Chess develops high level reasoning, logic, executive functioning, and discipline.

German

Our German program takes students on a learning journey with instruction that focuses on the basic vocabulary and grammar. The students are also exposed to German and European geography, history, culture and traditions.
